We are looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Agent WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE . Qualifications: Must be Bilingual in Spanish. We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train you. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong people skills. Responsibilities: Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software. Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction. Utilize bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
