Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide product support via phone and site visits
• Collaborate with contractors and end-users for professional installations
• Coordinate with remote teams including Technical Service Managers and Customer Support
• Mentor less experienced technicians
• Maintain project records diligently
• Operate independently from factory assignments

What You Bring to the Table

• A two-year degree in Electrical/Electronic Theory or similar field, or equivalent experience
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. passport for international travel
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time
• Strong electrical skills, including low and high voltage expertise
• Adept at reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting circuits
• Excellent mechanical installation skills
• Proficiency with tools and reading construction drawings
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong technical skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely
• Ability to pass OSHA, background, and drug screenings
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus
