Job Details The Inside Sales Representative is the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and a critical link between our customers, the outside-sales organization, and internal operations. You will manage the full quote-to-order process in SAP, maintain accurate customer data in our CRM (SAP C4C), and proactively support revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Success in this role calls for exemplary communication skills, a high level of accuracy, professional poise, and a solid grasp of business administration fundamentals.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply-Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or order-management experience in a B2B environment.
• Working proficiency with SAP (SD module, order entry, pricing, inquiry/quotation).
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform—SAP C4C preferred; Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot acceptable.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail; able to diagnose and resolve order or pricing issues quickly.
• Proficient in M365 environment; ability to build reports and perform data analysis
