Job Description

Paradise Jets is redefining private aviation — and we’re seeking an experienced In-House Graphic Designer who can translate our vision of ultra-minimalist luxury into world-class creative assets that speak to the ultra high-net-worth individual.

You’ll report to our Fractional CMO and collaborate closely with our founder and Creative Media Producer to lead all things visual — from brand evolution and print materials to digital execution and web design.

✈️ What You’ll Do:

Own the visual design across all touchpoints — digital, print, social, web, sales, decks, and more
Design and produce luxury-level sales collateral, physical brochures, and printed materials for UHNW clientele
Collaborate on a website redesign, ensuring visual cohesion and elevated user experience
Create ongoing digital assets for social media, blog posts, email, and campaigns
Provide input on the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
Work cross-functionally with leadership and creative/media teams to meet fast-moving priorities
Stay ahead of luxury design trends and best practices across industries (not just aviation)

🧭 What We’re Looking For:

4–8 years of experience as a designer, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, UHNW-facing, or private aviation sectors
Strong portfolio showing ultra-minimalist, luxury design aesthetics
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
Comfortable with project management platforms like ClickUp (or willing to learn)
Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback professionally
Fast mover who can execute with excellence under tight timelines and changing priorities
Collaborative, detail-obsessed, and confident enough to bring ideas to the table

📍 Location:

Scottsdale or Phoenix-based preferred
Open to remote candidates willing to travel periodically to meet face-to-face with our Arizona-based founder and creative team
