Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Kansas City, KS (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support core HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR tasks. This role is essential in helping the HR lead shift focus toward strategic initiatives like supervisor training and policy development.
You’ll be joining a team that values flexibility, collaboration, and a family-oriented culture. The dress code is relaxed (jeans and t-shirts welcome).
