House Manager

• This job is not a full time position, it's 2-3 days a week

ABOUT US:

• We are a busy household made up of two professional individuals with no kids or pets, looking for a dedicated, organized, and efficient individual to join our team as a House Manager. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our household and supporting the daily activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

House Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-
• maintained environment
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary
• Monitor and manage household budgets, including handling invoices and payments
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage shopping and procurement activities
• Coordinating grocery purchases and basic food preparation
• Performing basic laundry and coordinating dry-cleaning services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a House Manager
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing household staff or vendors
• Knowledge of home maintenance and repair processes
• Background in event planning and coordination
• First Aid/CPR certification
