Anderson Heating is looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are handy with tools and can become a growing asset to our company. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated applicant. Applicant should have a strong knowledge in all areas of heating and cooling, residential and light commercial, boilers, geothermal and radiant in floor heat. Good electrical control wiring a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a malfunction situation
• Document system problems and preventative maintenance in customer log
• Make recommendations for improving the service, reliability, and performance of their equipment
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules and implement according to company specifications
• Any other job responsibilities as assigned within scope of position

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2-year degree in HVAC

-Nate and EPA certified a plus

-Good with customer/employee relations

-Willing to work overtime when needed

-Must pass background and drug tests

-Must supply some tools

-Clean driving record

-A good clean appearance

-Reliable transportation to our shop

-Capable of lifting 100 lbs. for short periods of time and 20lbs on a regular basis.
