The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Attorney - Referee in the Suffolk County Family Court. This position will oversee the Custody/Visitation ADR program while reporting directly to the District ADR Coordinator. Preference will be given to bilingual Spanish/English speaking candidates and those who have completed training for mediators pursuant to Part 146 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar and Three (3) years of service in the Associate Court Attorney title; or Eight (8) years of relevant legal experience gained after admission to the New York State Bar.
Base Salary: $130,061 + $4,920 Location Pay
