Graphic Design/Social Media Contributor

Join a leading consumer goods brand team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer & Social Media Contributor. This is a rare opportunity for a hybrid creative with a strong eye for design and a mind for social media.

What You’ll Do

Design & Creative Execution (60%)

• Conceptualize and design on-brand visuals for digital campaigns, social content, packaging, web, email, in-store displays, and branded collateral.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all design deliverables—including product packaging, sales materials, and marketing assets—ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Own the end-to-end design process across platforms and media, from ideation to final production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Maintain and organize digital assets and templates in a shared creative library.

Social Media Strategy & Management (40%)

• Contribute to the planning, creation, and execution on social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Manage the content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
• Work with internal/external partners on photography, video, and motion graphics as needed.
• Monitor trends, track KPIs, and use analytics to optimize content strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and experience with social media campaigns—agency or CPG brand experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and/or Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence across digital and/or print mediums.
• Understanding of current social media trends, visual storytelling, and content best practices.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across diverse mediums and campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience with photography, motion graphics
