Location: Montrose, Colorado (Hybrid/Remote)

Pay Range: $33+ per hour

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize & Design: Bring ideas to life from concept through execution—translating strategy and messaging into strong, cohesive visual directions.
  • Design & Create: Develop eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more.
  • Branding: Help shape and maintain consistent brand identities across all client projects.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Iterate & Improve: Take feedback and refine designs to ensure they meet client goals and our high standards.

Stay Inspired: Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our work fresh and innovative.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma and MailChimp.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including expert UX/UI design examples.
  • Understanding of digital and print design best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus: Bonus: Experience working with motion graphics or video editing skills ( additional compensation available for advanced animation expertise ).
