A well-established dental practice in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their patient-centered team. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.
About the Position
– Monday–Friday schedule
– Collaborative 2-doctor practice model
– General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office equipped with Pan)
– 8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
– Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)
– Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks
Compensation & Benefits
– Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
– PTO with paid holidays
