Summary

We’re looking for a versatile and strategic designer who can bring our product’s value to life—visually. This role goes beyond UI—it’s about visual storytelling, using Figma and other tools to create graphics that make complex ideas simple, engaging, and unmistakably Boon.

Responsibilities

*Design web pages and visuals that communicate Boon’s core product value in a clear, captivating way—going beyond screenshots to create visual narratives.

*Create assets for web, email, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns that align with messaging and performance goals.

*Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to visually interpret key product features and customer benefits.

*Uphold and evolve our brand system to maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

*Create illustrations, infographics, and custom iconography that simplify complex ideas and engage target audiences.

Requirements

* Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and user interface design

* Proven experience as a website AND graphic designer using Figma

* Experience with digital content such as websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns

* Proven experience working with young, agile startups

* Excellent writing skills and experience with social media, POS print collateral, and other marketing materials

* Must be deadline driven and able to complete projects within the established timeline

* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and graphic design

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

* Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices

* Experience with Webflow

* Experience working with SaaS clients

* UI/UX Product design

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Figma-Webflow Designer.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping.

Strong skills in creating animations and interactive elements.

Deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Expertise in mobile-responsive design.

A keen eye for clean, simple, and beautiful designs.

Proficiency with other design tools.

Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience working in a startup environment.

Strong graphic and visual design skills.

**The team operates on Pacific/Mountain Time (U.S.), and the designer will be expected to maintain at least 5 hours of overlapping working hours to ensure effective collaboration.**

Must share a portfolio of similar work and custom designs that communicate strategically about the values and benefits of a product. SaaS experience is preferred.

Must be able to discuss nuance and creative interpretation effectively through verbal and written communications in English.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in UX writing.

Experience within the SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment space.
