Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with expertise in NetSuite optimization and configuration to join our finance team. This role will drive financial planning and analysis processes, lead strategic financial initiatives, and optimize NetSuite functionalities to enhance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, proven experience with NetSuite ERP, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include and functions of the FP&A Manager are:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insightful financial insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• NetSuite Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing NetSuite configurations to support financial planning and reporting needs, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with business goals.
• Data & Reporting: Build, maintain, and improve financial models and dashboards within NetSuite, providing accurate and timely insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in FP&A processes, including automating reports, streamlining workflows, and optimizing the use of NetSuite features and modules.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
• Experience : 7+ years of FP&A experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in configuration and optimization.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in NetSuite (ERP modules, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript is a plus), advanced Excel, and financial modeling; experience with other BI tools is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems and financial software, including group consolidation systems
• Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel
• Experience in a SaaS company and/or software project implementation environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
