JOB SUMMARY: The Finance and Treasury Manager is responsible for providing guidance and support to the Accounts Receivable and Cash Management teams, which includes leading various collection and treasury related initiatives to support all Wright Service Corporation’s family of companies.

• Finance Manager
• Primary Treasury liaison with Wright Service Corp’s banking institutions (i.e., JPMorgan)
• Provide oversight and support to the Treasury/Cash Management and Accounts Receivable/Collections teams
• Provide sound advice and solutions based on results of analysis to management for strategic decision-making
• Understand, document, and administer solid controls in the cash management and Account Receivable areas
• Monitor and assist in timely remediation of controls gaps and deficiencies in the Cash Management and Accounts Receivable areas
• Maintain technical proficiency in all areas of Treasury and Cash Management, including Workday and JPM applications
• Present to executive and senior leaders, as needed
• Provide a sound cash management strategy to support and optimize all cash needs for Wright’s family of companies
• Ad Hoc and Project:
• Participate in a wide variety of special corporate projects, working closely with teams of varying sizes
• Assist with Cash Management related initiatives, including implementation of Workday for remaining companies
• Implement a cash forecast to better manage upcoming cash flow needs
• Assist with other projects, as needed
• Support, actively participate and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership
• Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
• Handle multiple assignments and special projects and other duties, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or a related field – or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• 5+ years of analytical or related experience providing key analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
• Prior supervisory experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Technical/procedural expertise with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to identify and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Must be results-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to accept and adapt to a changing environment
• Commitment to perform responsibilities with high professional and ethical standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on on-call, system upgrades/issues, or other work

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• CPA certification preferred
• Prior Treasury, Cash Management, and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Prior Workday experience preferred
