The Position envisages end to end responsibility for delivering finance and accounting related activities (AR, AP, RTR, FP&A) across Multiple Locations ensuring adherence to agreed expected service level agreements, timelines and quality of output.

Experience in Entertainment, Tourism, Hospitality, Financial Services or related industries would be preferred .

Focus Area

• Perform day to day operations as guided by the team Lead.
• Prepare and review agreed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Implement and monitor new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders & departments to ensure alignment on expected deliverables
• Communicate information clearly and concisely to all relevant parties
• Represent HCLTech in meetings and projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting domain with at least 6+ years of work experience
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in working in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.

· Experience in Entertainment, Tourism, Hospitality, Financial Services or related industries would be preferred .
