Job Description

We are inviting NYC-based, ON-SITE ONLY fashion interns to join our Manhattan atelier in shaping a collection defined by intention, refinement, and artistry.

You’ll Gain

• Immersive design development and studio practice
• Hands-on experience in couture-level dressmaking
• Direct involvement in fashion events

Responsibilities

• Assist in garment development and construction by preparing patterns, cutting fabrics, and assembling samples with precision.
• Collaborate with the design team to create moodboards, conduct research, and provide creative input that supports collection development.
• Source and manage supplies by handling fabric shopping, trim sourcing, and related errands in the Garment District, ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Maintain studio organization by managing tools, materials, and inventory to streamline workflow and support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Excellent sewing and garment construction abilities; strong eye for detail; problem-solving skills for fittings, alterations, and sampling challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
• Previous experience in a design studio, atelier, or relevant internship highly valued.
• Understanding of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories; familiarity with couture or high-end garment techniques; knowledge of corsetry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
