Position: Facility Project Coordinator

Location: Pocahontas, Arkansas (72455)

Job Type: 4+ months contract role

Duration: Contract

Job Overview:

• To support daily facility operations in our manufacturing plant.
• This role ensures that the building, equipment, and services run smoothly and safely.

Note –

This could possibly convert to ongoing contract for various other facilities at multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee contractors and service providers
• Track facility works orders and maintenance logs
• Support compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Handle facility-related requests from staff
• Assist with space planning and minor project coordination.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in facility coordination or maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards, preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility software (e.g., CMMS or any)
