Position: Facility Coordinator

Onsite: Boise, Idaho ( Onsite)
Duration : 6 month contract to hire.
Shift: 8-5PM M-F
Job Description:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a leading real estate firm in Boise, Idaho. You will be responsible for providing facility management services and addressing client concerns to ensure efficient service, quality resolution and customer satisfaction. You will create work orders and assign them to the designated staff, verify invoice pricing, process payments, and manage vendors to ensure completion of projects, and coordinate events.
