Accurate Personnel is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate team in the Lakewood Ranch area. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, honest, highly organized, and professional. This individual must work confidentially, exercising great discretion and judgment. Executive Assistant Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $60,000 annually.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday schedule, hiring immediately
• Located in Lakewood Ranch, FL

Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage an active calendar of appointments for the CEO and his team.
• Complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence that is often confidential
• Arrange complex and detailed business & personal travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
• Support the team by keeping them well-informed of schedules, meetings and archiving minutes.

Executive Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports and correspondence.
• Active listener, fostering effective collaboration.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Strategic thinker who can anticipate problems proactively.
• Exhibits a balanced demeanor and strong collaboration in project management across disciplines
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus.
