Insight Global is seeking a skilled Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Trainer to join the Training Team for a customer based in Annapolis, MD. This role will support the training of directors, physicians, office assistants, site coordinators, and foundational staff across our outpatient operations. The candidate will play a key role in upgrading training programs, supporting new hires, and preparing for a November revenue cycle implementation. This is a permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level training to directors, leadership, physicians, office assistants, site coordinators, and other staff in the outpatient environment, focusing on Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) workflows.
• Support new hires and foundational staff in mastering Epic systems, ensuring seamless integration into operational workflows.
• Upgrade and enhance existing training programs to align with the upcoming November revenue cycle implementation, focusing on combined Single Billing Office (SBO) processes for Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB).
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
• Conduct “Lunch and Learn” sessions and other training workshops to promote system proficiency.
• Assist in building provider access within Epic systems, ensuring all users have appropriate configurations.
• Utilize Microsoft products, particularly SharePoint, for training material development and documentation.
• Support Go-Live events, which may require occasional travel to other locations to shadow workflows and provide on-site training support.
• Work with the current team, including 1 Senior Principal Trainer (Prelude), 1 Senior Principal Trainer, 6 Credentialed Trainers, and 1 Template Specialist, to ensure cohesive training delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional Billing experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) certification or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly SharePoint, for training material management.
• Knowledge of Single Billing Office (SBO) processes, with familiarity in combined PB/HB workflows.
• Ability to work independently and proactively without needing constant direction.

Preferred :

• Experience delivering high-level training to leadership, directors, or clinical staff.
• Familiarity with Epic’s Prelude module or other revenue cycle modules.
• Prior experience supporting Go-Live events or Epic implementations.
