Our Account Representatives will provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns, making products and services more accessible to potential new customers. In this entry-level position, you will be interacting daily with customers face-to-face and creating new accounts for the brands we represent. You’ll focus on new customer acquisition as well as maintaining existing accounts. This position is perfect for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
• Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
• Acquiring new customers
• Act as the main point of contact for customer relations

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Goal-oriented with a student mentality
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
• Availability to work flexible shifts
