Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer. This individual will play a key role in expanding our benefits portfolio by cultivating new client relationships and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits consulting, a proactive approach to business development, and a personal book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients in need of employee benefits solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
• Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and client outreach.
• Manage renewals, vendor coordination, and implementation of benefit plans.
• Stay informed on industry developments, compliance standards, and competitive offerings.
• Cross-sell complementary products and services to enhance client value.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in employee benefits sales, consulting, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
