Responsibilities

• Conduct driving lessons for learners of all ages and skill levels, focusing on building confidence and mastering safe driving techniques.
• Assess students' driving abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and progress.
• Teach defensive driving strategies and ensure adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
• Administer written and practical driving tests to evaluate students' readiness for obtaining a driver's license.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson schedules.
• Stay updated on changes to driving laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide relevant information to students.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driving License. {We help to obtain Instructor License from DMV.}
• Proven experience as a driving instructor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students of varying skill levels.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Clean driving record and a commitment to promoting road safety.
