**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Stock shelves and sort packages. + Organize items and manage inventory. + Scan, label, and mark products using an RF scanner. + Operate manual pallet jacks for material handling. + Load and unload products as needed. **Essential Skills** + General labor and warehouse experience. + Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and picking. + Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Experience in material handling and inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. + Willingness to train and certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire. **Why Work Here?** Experience a pay increase once you become a permanent employee. No forklift certification is required, and you will have the opportunity to train and certify on CROWN trucks. **Work Environment** Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles. Forklifts and hand carts are used, navigating the aisles safely. The temperature varies with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in winter but can become very hot in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
