Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director that is ready to lead a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in a dynamic Texas location! This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for production equipment, building systems, and material handling infrastructure.
• Supervise a team of maintenance professionals, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize facility uptime and support production goals.
• Manage vendor contracts and oversee special projects, including equipment upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($130,000 - $150,000 annually).
