Director - Digital Marketing and Demand Generation

Onsite - Sunrise, FL (Ft. Lauderdale area)

Position Overview: As the Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation at Rhythm Innovations, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract, and nurture leads, helping convert prospects into loyal customers. You will collaborate with our engineering and product marketing team to craft engaging content that communicates our value propositions. Ideally seeking those with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with a passion for technology.

This role is a full-time opportunity that is 100% onsite in Sunrise (Ft Lauderdale), Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Create and activate marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other tools to automate marketing processes and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.
  • Strategize and lead Rhythm’s effort in webinars and tradeshows/conferences

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a cloud, SaaS, B2B software digital marketing role.
  • Experience in an early-stage software company is desired.
  • Exposure to software marketing in enterprise risk, compliance, EHS is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing/sales automation tools.
  • Experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns and webinars.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis and a familiarity with marketing trends and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinating company-wide events.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Risk, Environment Health & Safety or similar industry experience.
