Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content and Media Coordinator to manage and elevate our online presence in a way that truly reflects who we are as a company. This role is not only about producing high-quality content—it’s about telling our story, living out our core values, and showcasing what makes our team and mission unique. From maintaining and updating our website to creating engaging photo and video content for listings, you will play a key role in ensuring our digital voice is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our identity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure functionality, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Create and manage listings for sales, including the development of compelling content and accurate details.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for use in listings and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all visual media meets company standards for branding and quality.
  • Oversee the visual representation of the company online, aligning with overall business goals and values.
  • Support the creation of content for email campaigns, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
  • Develop and publish content for the company’s social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Monitor and update social media accounts, responding to community engagement and tracking performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, photography, videography, and basic editing.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance metrics.
  • Ability to write clear and engaging product descriptions, website content, and other materials that help customers understand and connect with our offerings.
  • Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
