CRM Data Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX 75240 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote)

Duration: 3-month contract

Schedule: 40 hours/week

We’re seeking a CRM Data Specialist to join our US-based marketing team on a full-time, contract basis. This hybrid role (Monday through Thursday in-office) is based in Dallas, TX and will run for 3 months.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on CRM data entry experience, ideally in Salesforce , and has previously held titles like CRM Data Specialist or Marketing Data Specialist . We're looking for someone whose primary responsibility in past roles was focused on inputting, managing, and maintaining CRM data — not just using CRM tools in a broader marketing or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Salesforce (or a similar CRM), including accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities
• Segment, parse, and clean lists to support marketing campaigns and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness—identify and correct errors as needed
• Enforce data quality standards in collaboration with the marketing team and other departments
• Perform regular CRM maintenance and support administrative tasks tied to data organization
• Communicate effectively with internal teams via written and verbal channels

Top 3 Must-Haves

1. 2+ years of CRM data entry experience, ideally with Salesforce
2. Prior roles where CRM data management was a primary daily responsibility
3. Strong Excel skills (functions, filters, data tools) and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience supporting marketing or sales teams in a corporate or B2B setting
• Familiarity with CRM best practices, data hygiene , and compliance standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
