Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: East Hampton, NY

Salary: $150K - $170K + Benefits

We are a luxury residential contractor renowned for designing and building bespoke homes across the Hamptons. With a reputation built on exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and an uncompromising client experience, we are seeking a skilled and highly organized Site Supervisor to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our high-end projects.

As Site Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for daily site operations—ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the key point of coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, tradespeople, clients, architects, and designers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations through all project phases.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Uphold site safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times.
• Track timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Act as a liaison between clients, architects, and designers to address and resolve issues quickly.
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure work meets luxury-quality standards.
• Maintain detailed site records, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (or similar) within luxury or high-end residential construction.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering superior quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with experience working directly with discerning clients and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
