The role - Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury retail and residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project tracking and client updates
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to bring high-end visions to life
• Manage quality control and ensure premium finishes and materials are installed to spec
• Conduct site walk-throughs, inspections, and punch lists with a focus on detail and client satisfaction
• Foster a professional, respectful, and efficient jobsite culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial construction and 5 as a superintendent.
• Proven ability to manage complex, design-driven projects with tight schedules and premium expectations
• A Carpentry background is preferred but not essential.
• Deep understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
