Construction Superintendent | Allied Resources Technical Consultants

About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee union and non-union contractors to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, and quality control, ensuring all work meets high standards.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to handle project documentation, track progress, and create reports.
• Ensure all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.
• Foster clear, professional communication with all project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a superintendent in multi-family or medical construction projects.
• Must be proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and contractors.
• Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance in all project environments.
