🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with at least one year of experience to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of construction project timelines, cost control, and quality assurance—from pre-construction planning to closeout. You’ll collaborate with subcontractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure that each project is delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors, managing schedules and jobsite workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Vendors.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance according to OSHA and company policies.
  • Attend jobsite meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure progress.
  • Estimate labor, time, and materials for change orders; manage documentation and procurement of extra work approvals.
  • Read and interpret plans, specs, addenda, ASIs, SKs, and all project documentation to guide field execution.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and project demands with agility and professionalism.
  • Foster a safety-first, collaborative, and results-oriented jobsite culture.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management (required).
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams, shifting priorities, and tight schedules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Able to work independently and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a high level of personal accountability.
