Estimator – Concrete
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $110,000 + Bens
A well-established Construction company that specialise in all areas of Masonry & Concrete with over 65 years experience in the trade are urgently looking to add an Estimator to the growing team. With over 500 major commercial projects delivered over Jacksonville and Northeast Florida this role offers a great platform for a Concrete Estimator to work on some large-scale commercial projects.
They currently require a Concrete Estimator with 2-3 years construction experience with take-off and pricing that can create accurate project estimates, quotes, and material lists from client drawings and specifications. You will assist in developing estimates based on client plans and specifications working from invitation to build throughout the process helping produce quotes, schedules, and material lists.
Ideally you will have estimating experience with Concrete projects working for a subcontractor on projects ranging from $150,000 - $10 million. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and some construction software like Sage, Planswift, or Timberline would be beneficial.
