Job Description

Job Summary

Ensure Visit Orlando digital priorities are consistently updated and maintained with accurate and timely information.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage and update content across multiple Visit Orlando digital properties, including , , and , ensuring accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency.
  • Implement updates for international versions of Visit Orlando’s website, including Spanish and Portuguese translations. Coordinate with localization partners to ensure content is culturally and linguistically accurate.
  • Maintain and update country-specific landing pages and campaigns for targeted international markets including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and others, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and improve digital accessibility using tools such as Silktide. Identify ADA compliance gaps, recommend remediation strategies, and implement improvements to ensure inclusive and accessible web experiences.
  • Support and implement A/B testing strategies using Growth Book to optimize web performance, user engagement, and conversions based on data-driven hypotheses.
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of promotional campaigns, including “Win a Trip” sweepstakes, ensuring all digital touchpoints are up-to-date and in compliance with legal and branding standards.
  • Maintain digital asset management for website images and videos across all web properties. Optimize media files for accessibility, performance, and brand consistency.
  • Support SEO optimization efforts, including meta data updates, keyword placements, H-tag structuring, and internal linking strategies, in collaboration with the SEO team.
  • Contribute to digital strategy initiatives, including new feature rollouts, redesigns, and accessibility enhancements. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings to align goals and timelines.
  • Ensure consistent application of Visit Orlando’s brand standards, acting as a digital brand ambassador across all content and user interfaces.
  • Contribute to multilingual content strategy, including structuring web layouts to accommodate translations, ensuring consistent tone and message across languages.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, CMS processes, and content guidelines to ensure continuity and efficient onboarding for future team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, SEO, and IT, to support integrated digital campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to internal safety and security guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects, content audits, stakeholder presentations, and reporting as needed.

Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university required; a minimum of one - three years related digital experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
