Chief Financial Officer (Multi-site):
Would you like to work for a small company that truly appreciates their employees?
Are you a Senior Accounting Professional who desires long-term career fulfillment?
Does the idea of having direct client interaction with a variety of businesses appeal to you?
CFO Your Way is seeking a committed team member for our Chief Financial Officer (Multi-site) position. We create Pathways to Profitability for growing local businesses, so they remain an integral part of the economy of their community for years to come.
We care deeply about the success of our local and family-owned business clients. We work side by side with them, with our sleeves rolled up, designing the right, customized financial road map for their success.
The Chief Financial Officer (Multi-site) will become an extension to the clients'/business owners finance department and an integral part of their operations and growth. This position will manage several different business clients' accounting duties with travel to client sites as necessary.
This role is 50% team leadership & servicing clients and 50% Business Development. While the majority of our sales come through inbound leads, you'll spend approximately 20% of your time cultivating new business relationships through community engagement and strategic prospecting. This position will give you the experience of running your own practice within a mature and proven business model — you'll operate with autonomy while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an established company.
OUR CULTURE:
At CFO Your Way, we believe in leading through service, not authority. We practice collaborative conversations — a consultative, awareness-focused approach that values deep understanding over quick fixes.
We create space for individual creativity and authentic problem-solving. Our team works collaboratively, supporting each other and our clients with genuine partnership rather than transactional relationships. We see ourselves as guides and thought partners to business owners, helping them discover clarity and make informed decisions about their financial futures.
How We Show Up:
• Present and engaged — We listen deeply and create trust through authentic, attentive interaction
• Genuinely curious — We ask thoughtful questions that help clients gain clarity about their situation
• Self-directed and accountable — We take initiative and own our work while staying open to feedback and growth
• Relationship-focused — We build connections and solutions designed for lasting impact, not quick transactions
• Emotionally aware — We read situations accurately, stay regulated under pressure, and guide conversations with intention
