Business Process Outsourcing Manager

A BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Project Manager oversees outsourced projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are completed efficiently and effectively. This involves managing timelines, budgets, and resources, acting as a liaison between the company and the BPO provider, and ensuring quality control and risk management. They also foster collaboration and teamwork, enhancing scalability and flexibility.

• Oversee scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, and process records.
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on administrative needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and client requirements.
• Experience in BPO settings (call centers, shared services, outsourcing vendors)
• Strong project coordination skills
• Great communicator – especially across cultures, teams, and time zones
