Ultimate Staffing is excited to partner with one of our amazing clients in Glen Rock, NJ in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive office environment and enjoys working with people.

Location: Glen Rock, NJ

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (100% on-site)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: up to $25.00/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support with other general office duties as needed.
• Project coordination- scheduling, reporting, and light billing duties.
• Previous experience working in constuction or servie coordination is a plus.
• Must have basic Microsoft Excel Skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
