Our client is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This role supports the General Manager with high-level administrative and travel coordination tasks, and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings precision to every detail.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Handle phone calls, mail, and general office duties
- Transcribe meeting minutes and draft internal documents
- Accompany the General Manager on business trips
- Support occasional sales-related tasks (e.g., client follow-ups, quote tracking)
🌐 Language Requirement:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential for cross-cultural communication and documentation.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and discretion
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
