Job Description

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a strategic A/V expert with a strong architectural mindset and the communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, are highly collaborative, and consistently drive standardization, quality, and innovation across an enterprise ecosystem.


Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in A/V system design, integration, or enterprise architecture.
Experience designing and building out specs using collaboration tools like Bluebeam Revu.
Expert-level understanding of:
* Video conferencing platforms and endpoints
* Control systems and automation
* Unified communications ecosystems
Proven experience developing A/V standards, templates, and scalable design frameworks.
Strong knowledge of networking principles, including QoS, VLANs, PoE, and AV-over-IP technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead design work from concept through commissioning.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams through escalations.


Desired Skills:
CTS-D, CTS-I, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience in large-scale enterprise or healthcare environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco collaboration ecosystems, and digital signage platforms.
Experience with emerging technologies such as AI analytics, room automation, and sensor-driven smart spaces.
Working knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and architectural coordination.
Ability to evaluate new technologies and build long-term technology roadmaps.
