Do you have a background in automotive service or repair and enjoy helping people? This is your chance to bring your skills off the shop floor and into a professional support role!
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Support customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
✔️ Troubleshoot technical/product issues and guide product use & operation
✔️ Assist with registrations, replacements, and order support
✔️ Log customer interactions accurately in our system
✔️ Keep callbacks and voicemails on track and timely
What We’re Looking For:
🔧 3+ years of Customer Service experience
🔧 Automotive troubleshooting or hands-on repair experience (professional or hobbyist)
🌎 Bilingual in Spanish or French (preferred)
💬 Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
📚 Willingness to learn through ongoing training
💡 Perfect for former service writers, parts advisors, or mechanics who enjoy solving problems and want to use their automotive knowledge in a new way.

Hourly Rate: $25.00
