ASC Director (RN) - West Coast US
Join a leading Ophthalmology group, managing high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in the West Coast US. We seek an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our teams to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Ophthalmology ASCs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor clinical staff to maintain high performance
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care - Ensure exceptional patient experience and outcome
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Proven leadership experience in an ASC or similar healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of Ophthalmology practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and operational logistics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
