Job Title: Application Project Manager

Location: Rochester, NY or Napervilla, IL (Onsite)

Work Authorization: US Citizen only

We are seeking an experienced Application/Project Manager to fill a critical gap and ensure smooth execution of development, ERP, and BI initiatives. The role requires strong project management, leadership, and technical oversight to maintain continuity until a permanent hire is in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage development projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability are met.
• Oversee application support tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Lead and coordinate business intelligence and report-building efforts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate ERP resources, particularly a site consolidation project and planning for next year’s Asia Syteline implementation.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and perform code reviews (most work is in C# .NET).
• Provide project management discipline, including status tracking, prioritization, communication, and escalation.
• Maintain continuity of initiatives to allow developers to focus on execution.
• Manage and support a team of four (Development & BI in-house, ERP with external partners).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen (due to DoD compliance).
• Proven experience as an Application Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of C# .NET development practices and code review standards.
• Experience coordinating ERP projects , preferably Syteline or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
