Administrative Assistant
Our client a respected CPA firm in Richardson, TX, is seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the firm’s front-line representative. This direct hire opportunity is an in the office position with flex summer hours.

Full service professional accounting firm
Administrative Assistant Role:
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Scan and digitally file sensitive tax documents using Adobe Acrobat
Upload scanned documents into client folders and update internal workflow system
Communicate with tax preparers to initiate return preparation
Provide general administrative support and collaborate with internal team
Assist with clerical and project-based tasks as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a CPA, tax, or financial office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe Acrobat (especially scanning tools) is a must have
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
