We’re looking for motivated Remote Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. This role will require reaching out to Current account holders who are not utilizing their current shipping services with us and promoting current rates and account benefits to encourage the customer to utilize our clients' services.

Responsibilities:  

• Act as a representative for a major regional shipping company, driving outbound acquisition of sales. 
• Due to the uncapped commission, we are looking for someone who is sales driven! 
• Promote and sell account perks by asking probing questions. 
• Proactively reach out to customers to identify their needs and present superior solutions. 
• Conduct detailed comparisons of customers’ Competitors and provide discounts for services. 
• Skillfully address customer objections, using persuasive techniques to illustrate the benefits and value of switching back to our services. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the most up-to-date information and recommendations. 
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, needs analysis, and closing strategies. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Experience:

• Must have 2+ years in sales preferably in a telecommunication environment 
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Coachable and motivated by goals
• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable multitasking with tech systems
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence. 

Preferred Industries for Related Experience:  

• B2B/BPOs/Remote work – Aligned environment in terms of volume, structure, and expectations.
• Sales floor/Dealerships/Telecom Sales/remote sales/Direct Sales  
• Telecommunications – Experience with high-volume billing and technical support. 
• Strong computer skills are a must, and candidates must have work from home equipment to qualify. 

Education:   

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift, up to 10 pounds, if necessary. 

Compensation details: 15-15 Hourly Wage
